Perfectly selected red Batavia, with a sweet and crunchy taste. Spring-autumn variety with the possibility of extending production to hotter periods of the year. The head is of medium size with thick, crunchy, wavy and bullate leaves. The pommel, very compact, with a flat base and is somewhat closed.
